Social Proof

Social proof is a psychological concept that refers to the tendency of people to rely on the opinions and actions of others when making decisions. In the context of marketing, social proof is used to influence consumer behavior by demonstrating the popularity or approval of a product or service.

Social proof can take many forms, such as customer reviews, testimonials, social media likes and shares, and celebrity endorsements. By showing that others have already purchased or used a product, social proof can help to build trust and credibility, and increase the likelihood of a purchase.
